Our factory is located in Suzhou city, Jiangsu province, factory area is over 50,000sqm, we specializing in the R&D, design, manufacturing, and sales of 35MPa Type III and 70MPa Type IV high-pressure hydrogen storage cylinders and hydrogen supply systems for fields including hydrogen energy commercial vehicles, urban public transport, ships, and low-altitude aircraft. We leverages parent company's over 20 years of technical accumulation in composite materials, introduces internationally advanced equipment, and plans to build an intelligent production base with an annual output of 100,000 large-capacity high-pressure hydrogen storage vessels.
Also we own the Special Equipment Manufacturing License (B3) and Type Test Certification for pressure vessels issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR), thereby achieving full operational capacity as designed.
Production line:
Test laboratory: It has passed CNAS laboratory accreditation certificate.The testing center covers an area of about 3,100 square meters and has a control system covering all processes from raw materials to products. The testing scope covers mechanical properties, weather resistance, physical properties and chemical analysis and other types of testing. The main items include tensile test, compression test, bending test, fatigue test, composite wire tensile test, glass transition temperature, fiber content, resin acid number and epoxy equivalent test.
